How to Print

Every screen shows colors and exposure differently. Also, every photo lab prints differently, with there being a range of quality. My computer screen is calibrated to give the most accurate results from Mpix. When doing enlargements, I recommend doing a 4×6 test print first.

Be sure to check your crops! Most printing will have some cropping, but there will be a lot of cropping for print sizes not in the 2:3 ratio (5×7, 8×10, etc.).

You can get $10 off an order with Mpix.

I’ve also had a lot of success using Honey to find coupons for Mpix.

For canvas prints, I like to use Canvas Discount. If you sign up for their emails, they will often send coupons. They are much cheaper than other places, but the colors are usually accurate and the build is usually sturdy. Every once in awhile, I get one that isn’t up to par, but they have always replaced it for free. I like to do mirror edge and the 1.5″ frame.
